Recording & Submitting PD hours into ELIS
*If you are school service personnel( SW, Psychologist, Nurse, Non-Teaching SLP) with an active, current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation license related to your ISBE endorsement area, you will use the IDFPR  license to meet your ISBE PD requirement.
In ELIS, you will enter one training activity, 120 hours, per renewal cycle. List the license type and number in description. No addiditonal PD hours are required.

Educators may request, through their school district, PD Credit for an Out-of-State/Online Webinar or Workshop
offered through a provider that is NOT ISBE APPROVED
1. Complete & submit this form in detail PD Activity Summary
2. Attach description/ agenda, etc  AND your certificate of completion with evidence of hours issued
3. Submit to your district ( TCSE staff: Laurel Harris, Staff Development Coordinator)
