Tri-County Special Education Joint Agreement (TCSE) is a cooperative for special education and other related services. It serves the population of all member school districts in Jackson, Perry, and Union Counties. Our teams of program coordinators, technical assistance supervisors, principals, social workers, psychologists, teachers, physical and occupational therapists and assistants, speech therapists, instructional teams, and transition specialist, as well as our director, work cooperatively with schools to enhance the educational pursuits of all students in the member districts.
